Due to the personal nature of cosmetic and skincare products, all products sold by Allure Luxe are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking product
- A wrong product
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video (if available)
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store Credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
